your video is not working because you did not embed the object. all you gotta do
<.object> before the iframe tag and <./object> after the closing iframe tag.
like so:
<.object><.iframe src="http://us.video.aol.com/player/launcher?pmmsid=1828237&autoplay=0&ar=us_en_video_408x406_snag" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" width="408" height="408"><./iframe><./object>
remove the periods from the above tags. i only put them there because blogger doesn't allow certain tags so i had to put them in...
